The crippled Stirling after landing.

This Stirling was taken on a test flight by the duty crew, after a service. On landing approach the crew were informed from the tower that the undercarriage was “waving about in the slipstream”. One of the legs had collapsed and the crew had to land the aircraft as shown in the picture.
