I am in the process of setting up a web site which has various stories and information about 5BFTS in Florida.
5BFTS was where many pilots were trained before they undertook missions in WW2.
Many are still with us and hold a reunion every year in the UK. Comrades from Clewiston also visit the UK to attend these events.

I am working closely with the archivist of 5BFTS and, as he finds more useful information, I am adding it to the site.

I suppose the most interesting part is that we have all of the course photos and most of the cadets names - quite a lot of people.
