Imagine being told that you and your family had to leave your home and you had only two hours to fill just one suitcase...
That happened to me and my family in Athens, Greece. Each family member was told to pack and take only one permitted suitcase...How can you fit your life into a suitcase? We had to abandon our lives. Imagine, having to leave the life you know, the life you've planned, only to be plunged into uncertain darkness. We were told to board a ship, but we weren't told of its destination until the second day on board....We didn't know how we would live through it....
