I am 81 years old, served on 504 squadron, Auxiliary Air Force from 18/3/39. I went through 6 years of war in France 1940, Battle of Britain July to October 1940. Aden, Somaliland, Abbyssinnia,Eritrea, The Sudan. Ryuan ,Salalah, Masirah.Egypt. Lybia.Palestine. Iraq.(August 1941 to December 23rd 1944)
continuied service RAF until 15 August 1949
