The Alderbury & Whaddon Local History Research Group has volunteered to collect stories from people in the area who have memories of WW2 and would like them added to the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ People's War website .

The Group was established in 1996 to research and publish a Millennium book about our two adjoining villages near Salisbury, Wiltshire.
In 2004 a second book about the men on the village war memorials has been published.
