My real name is Laurence Hallewell. Born in 1929, I spent WW2 in Tolworth, Surbiton, Surrey, except for August 1943 (passed helping with the wheat harvest in Oddington, Gloucs.) and July-October, 1944 and late October 1944-May 5, 1945, when I was an evacuee in Burslem, Stoke on Trent.
