I served with the RAF from 1944-1947 innthe very exotic trade of ACH/GD!I reached the exalted rank of LAC!
I was stationed at RAF Ipswich and RAF Stradishall,but finished my service at RAF Wratting Common.
I rejoined the service in 1956 and served until 1975, ending up in the trade of Linguist in the rank of Chief Technician

My brother served on Halifaxes but was shot down in 1944

Since I left the service my son has served 22 years and now I have a grandson at Marham serving as a medic
