My name is Ken Targett. I am a retired Anglican Priest living in Lincolnshire. My 6 brothers and sisters and Mum were all evacuated twice, once to Kent and then to Nidderdale in Yorkshire The impact of this has lived with me for good and not so good all my life.
Coming from a council housing estate in S.E.London I found the experience a release into the wider world and am grateful for it.
