I believe I am the last survivor in the west country of H.M.S.Barham. This 35,000 ton battleship was sunk in the Mediterrean on 25th Nov. 1941, with the loss of 865 crew. My full story can be found on www.watersideweb.co.uk/barham/samuels/htm I have some photos of the sinking, taken from H.M.S.Valliant. The Barham Survivors Association is still going strong but is now children and grand children of the survivors. There are about 15 still alive, in their late 80's and 90's in various parts of the world. Few manage to make the journey to Portsmouth each year for the re-unions.
