I was born in 1934 at Walthamstow, East London, now Waltham Forest and lived there throughout WW2. I was not evacuated and lived at home through the blitz and Hilters' several attempts to kill me.
I am interested to hear from other survivers having memories of shrapnel collecting and watching dog fights in the skies above.
