This is the story of my father James Kenna who was a prisoner of war in both Italy (Campo PG70 at Monturano near Fermo) and Germany (Stalag 1VB at Muhlberg on Elbe, and spending some time in Stalag 1VA and 1VD) in the Second World War between the years of 1942 (captured May/June in North Africa in the Knightsbridge area during (the Gazala Battles) and May 1945 when he returned home.

I would love to contact anybody who may have known him during that time in any of these prison camps or anyone who may have served with him in the 8th King's Royal Irish Hussars.
