Play It Again: Pennine Way and Pitch and Toss

He was the man credited with 'inventing' the Pennine Way...and in 1974 Tom Stephenson, from Chorley, talked to ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Lancashire when he was a sprightly 83 year old!

As well as Tom, you will hear about the origins of 'Pitch and Toss' - and how playing it could see you sent to jail!

Gerald Jackson unearths the programmes from 1971 and 1974 in our regular trip into the archives to 'Play it again'.
