ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Northern Exposure invites you to a sneak preview of Bodies before it hits the screens this autumn. Come along to The Venue on Monday 8 November 2004 to watch the first episode and put your questions to the writer and production team. Critically-acclaimed when it premiered on ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ THREE earlier this year, Bodies stars Max Beesley, Patrick Baladi, Neve McIntosh, Keith Allen, Susan Lynch, Tamzin Malleson and Preeya Kalidas. It ventures into the hospital culture of malpractice, whistle-blowing, cover-ups, star ratings and government targets, and is to be broadcast on ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ TWO this Autumn. Laced with action, scandal, sex and complex moral dilemmas, this is a unique view of hospital life, inspired by former doctor Jed Mercurio's acclaimed debut novel. The screening will be followed by a Q&A session with writer and producer Jed Mercurio, chaired by Melanie Harris (project director for ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Writersroom and Northern Exposure). See Bodies on Monday 8 November, 6pm - 8pm at The Venue, Leeds College of Music. The event is free but space is limited so reserve your place by emailing new.writing@bbc.co.uk. Tickets will be allocated on a first come first served basis. |
