Well,
they've saved the best to last accommodation that is. A beautiful
stop at Glossop was perfect for the last night. I don't think the
magnitude of what she has achieved has hit home with Jane yet. Indeed
it may not until all the fuss has died down. After to tomorrow we
are going to batten down the hatches and have some family time.
The
last day is far from the easiest with the climb over Holme Moss
which is as difficult as it gets in West Yorkshire.
Jane
is still feeling very unwell and exhausted. For the last seven days
she has been riding through the pain barrier each day, determined
not to give up.
The
complete ride has been filmed by Martin Hollingsworth, a freelance
cameraman, a documentary including this will be shown on TV on Friday
at 7.30pm.
A version
is being made available to the appeal for sale with all the proceeds
(after minimal costs) going to the appeal. The
scenery is quite beautiful.

We
are all excited at Jane's return home, let's hope she has a day
to remember.
