1.ÌýÌý The competitions are open to all residents of the UK (including the Channel Islands) except ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ employees, their close relatives and anyone connected with the competition.

2.Ìý Competitions will be run during Radio Norfolk programmes. Entry to the competitions is by calling 01603 617 321, by e-mailing the address given out on air or texting 07786 200 951.Ìý Opening and closing times for the competition will be given during the programmes. Calls must not be made outside those times as they will not count.

3.Ìý All entrants must supply their name, location and telephone number

4.Ìý Winners will either be selected at random from all correct entries received by the closing date and time or, where applicable, be selected by judges. The judges of any competition will be as stated. The ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½â€™s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. Minimum age limits may vary depending on the nature of the competition. If you are eligible to enter and if you are under the age of 12 you must obtain permission from your parent/guardian before you enter.

6.Ìý The prize will be announced on the programme. It will be as stated. There is no cash alternative and it is not transferable.

7.Ìý The ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½'s decision as to the winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.

8.Ìý Each winner will be notified by telephone or e-mail. Their name and area of residence may be announced on the programme.

9.Ìý Unless otherwise stated only one entry is permitted per entrant.

10.Ìý Entrants must agree to take part in any post-competition publicity if requested to do so.

11. The ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ reserves the right to cancel or vary a competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise beyond its control.

12. If a winner is unable to be contacted the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ reserves the right to either offer the prize to a runner up, or to re-offer the prize in any future ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ competition.

14. The competition is run by the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½. The applicable law is that of England.
