Dumbo Daisy

You have a velvet soft chin and big flappy ears
I hope you will be around for many more years

You look at me with your fun filled eyes
And wag that tail that is not quite the right size

I didn't like it when you went under the knife
As you had had such a sorry start to your life

You play around and give me your puppy
Even though it is stuffed and not at all lucky

I feed you a bone when you give me 'hi-5'
Although you are not yet able to jump and jive

You're so very sweet when I need a friend
Your big and hairy and my troubles you mend

I love you so very much Daisy
Even though you are a tad mad and crazy
