ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½

Born in Hertfordshire, Colin's first broadcast was for the "pirate" Radio Caroline in 1965, newsreading and presenting sponsored programmes.

His first work for the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ was hosting a weekly programme for ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Medway (now Kent) 1969-73. During this period he was a continuity announcer for HTV in Cardiff for a short time.

In 1973 Colin joined Radios 1 & 2 where he remained as presenter and newsreader for more than thirty-two years, mainly with Radio 2 where he continues to freelance.

He has been presenting The Club for ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Three Counties Radio since May 2004, which is now heard regularly right across the East & South-East of England. Colin has also presented stage & screen musical shows for various airlines since 1990, and was Eurovision UK jury spokesman from 1978 for twenty-five years.
