At first glance it seems a fairly innocuous message, texted to Vodafone mobile users when they enter the Republic of Ireland. But Irish Senator, Cecilia Keaveney, says she's been getting complaints from people who received the text, "WELCOME TO IRELAND", and she wants it changed.
