| TUNNELS - EXPERT VIEW
The senior inspector of the Northern Ireland Environment Agency, Rhonda Robinson, gives her verdict on tunnels opened by Brian McCarthy beneath the historic walled city of Londonderry. Rhonda Robinson has written to him warning him that she has “serious concerns about the potential for collapse, explosion, or damage to services such as electricy supply” She also told Brian McCarthy that there was also “a potential for serious injury”.
