Celebrity��beer��chef, Richard Fox, regularly shares his culinary expertise with viewers of ��ѿ��ý One’s regional news programme, Look North, and listeners of ��ѿ��ý Radio York.

The Harrogate-based chef, famous for cooking with beer and is known as "The Beer Chef" and�� champions local produce.

Richard says, “Here in the UK – and particularly Yorkshire – we are steeped in the grain rather than the grape.��We are also making a welcome return to local, artisan produce.�� Good regional beer is a fabulous accompaniment to a whole range of tasty regional dishes and I really hope viewers will be inspired by watching the programme.”

Working in the beer and catering industry for over 20 years, Richard has enjoyed slots on ITV’s Saturday Cooks and the ��ѿ��ý Good Food Show.

He wrote his first book,��The Food and Beer Cook Book, this year, has led Beer and Food Masterclasses, demos and shows across Europe, and hosted a gourmet beer banquet at the British Ambassadors residence in Paris.
