Partner publishing is big business at ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Worldwide


ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Worldwide has reaffirmed its commitment to partner publishing with the launch of a customer title for Tesco Personal Finance.


The announcement that ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ MagazinesÂ’ partner publishing team will publish On The Road from November, with a print run of more than 350,000, comes hot on the heels of the launch of About the House for the Royal Opera House in June and alongside ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ MagazinesÂ’ long-standing contract to publish a monthly title for LondonÂ’s South Bank arts complex.


Says ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Magazines Managing Director Peter Phippen: “We have ambitious plans to increase our presence in the customer magazine marketplace. As the third largest consumer magazine publisher and one of the fastest growing we have the knowledge and expertise to produce excellent magazines for those partners with whom we have particular empathy or share a cultural synergy. We also believe integrity is an important part of this business and is something that we have to offer.”


On The Road, distributed through Tesco cafes and petrol forecourts is designed to raise awareness of the companyÂ’s products and services, including motor insurance. Published quarterly, it will be a high-quality, lifestyle magazine, focusing on a broad range of driving-related issues. With a bright and lively design, its tone will be friendly and chatty and content will include celebrity interviews.


Says Peter Phippen: “We’re very excited to be working in partnership with such an exciting and well respected brand as Tesco Personal Finance.”
