ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Worldwide CEO, John Smith, has today appointed Helen Kellie as ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Worldwide’s first Director of Marketing.

The role will be key to ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Worldwide's transition as it moves to become a more consumer-facing business around the world.

Reporting directly to Smith, Kellie will work across all ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Worldwide business areas to build up its marketing and audience research functions.

She will be responsible for prioritising ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Worldwide's marketing activity and spend around the globe, ensuring the company understands and makes the greatest impact on international audiences, while ensuring the protection of the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ brand.

Kellie joins ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Worldwide from its parent company the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½, where she has been since 2000, first as Head of Brand and Planning, overseeing the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ brand, the planning and prioritisation of its support and managing its creative and media agency support.

More recently, as Director of Marketing, Communications & Audiences, Vision, she has presided over a 130-strong team of professionals supporting ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Vision output.

During her tenure, Kellie has transformed the Vision operation into a fully integrated marketing, communications and audiences team which has successfully delivered re-launches of ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Three and CÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½; many iconic marketing and publicity programme campaigns like Dr Who, Strictly Come Dancing, Life in Cold Blood and White Season to name but a few and she also oversaw the integration of the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Vision's market research and audience insight teams.

Before joining the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½, Kellie worked for household products giant, Reckitt & Colman (now Reckitt Benckiser) working in the UK before moving to positions in New York and Paris.
