Creative & Business Director, ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ in-house Comedy

Anne Gilchrist became Creative & Business Director, ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ in-house Comedy in September 2009. Prior to this, she was Controller of CÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½, commissioning all CÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ content appearing on ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ One, ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Two and the CÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ channel with responsibility for the CÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ brand in all its manifestations across marketing, scheduling, online and presentation.

After many years working in production on a diverse selection of programming - such as Incredible Games, Live And Kicking, Blue Peter and The Ant And Dec Show - she went on to be Head of Development and Head of Entertainment for CÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ and latterly CÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½'s Executive Editor of Independents and Events.

She also spent two years working closely with former ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ One Controller Lorraine Heggessey as ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ One's Channel Executive.

Anne is currently on attachment elsewhere in the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ and Damian Kavanagh is acting Controller, CÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½.
