Jane Harvey kidnaps father of three
X-Ray
presenter Jane Harvey has kidnapped a father of three and is holding
him bound and gagged, Reservoir Dogs-style, at a secret warehouse
location.
Unsuspecting
solicitor Simon Mumford of Cardiff law firm Rausa Mumford was bundled
into the back of a car in JaneÂ’s attempt to get justice for
ordinary Welsh people.
"Lots
of people are afraid of the law because a simple question can cost
a fortune," explained Haverfordwest-born Jane. "X-Ray
came up with the idea of capturing a lawyer and holding him against
his will for the run of the series, so that we can get peopleÂ’s
questions answered for free. People can email or ring us with their
legal wrangles, and weÂ’ll get the answers out of our captive."
But
Simon Mumford, a specialist in crime and mental health who has 20
years of legal experience under his belt, says he remains hopeful
of release.
"IÂ’m
looking forward to not having pieces of tape over my mouth, and
to having a proper cup of tea again," said Simon, who originally
comes from Narberth. "That Jane Harvey packs a hell of a punch."
People
who want to put their legal questions to Simon can call 08703 334334
