CHILDREN IN NEED

ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Children in Need Live

The Stars Come Out to Play at Three Fabulous Concerts

The brightest and the best of the British pop scene will be giving their all for ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Children in Need this year when they perform live at three exciting outdoor concerts across England.

Chart-topping acts Gareth Gates, Atomic Kitten, Sugarbabes, S Club and S Club Juniors, Liberty X, Busted, Zoe Birkett and Sarah Whatmore will be dazzling fans at three free events on ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Children in Need night.

The concerts, on Friday 15 November, will coincide with the major annual TV event on ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ ONE, hosted by Terry Wogan and Gaby Roslin.

The entertainment extravaganza that brings together the cream of British talent ready to sing, dance and wear fishnets - that's Jeremy Vine as Franknfurter in Rocky Horror - to raise money for under-privileged children in the UK.

The concerts will be from 7.00pm until 10.00pm and will be free, but concert-goers will be invited to donate what they can to ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Children in Need throughout the evening.

The venues and acts are as follows:

Atomic Kitten, Gareth Gates and Zoe Birkett
Presented by Richard Blackwood

Ipswich

S Club and S Club Juniors and Sarah Whatmore

Executive Editor ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Events, Nick Vaughan-Barratt explains: "These concerts, a new feature of ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Children In Need last year, really take the appeal out to the whole country.

"Last year, on a cold November night, 60,000 people had the time of their lives at the concerts and helped ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Children in Need get to its highest total of money raised ever - £25 million.

"This year we are hoping for even more people and dare we say even more money. And as always, all the artists give their time for free".
