Adam
Curtis, one of Britain's most distinguished TV documentary producers,
has joined ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Current Affairs to work on a new series about the
nineties, the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ announced today.
Curtis
will be working for both ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Current Affairs and Factual and Learning
departments.
He
has produced several highly acclaimed series for the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½: Century
of the Self; The Westminster Set; Pandora's Box; and An Ocean Apart.
His series have combined intellectual fertility with penetrating
insight and story-telling imagination.
His
new series will be about the world economy in the nineties.
