Jeremy Clarkson to host final show in the current series of Have I Got News For You


Journalist and tv presenter Jeremy Clarkson will host the final show in the current series of Have I Got News For You - broadcast on ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ ONE on Friday 20 December 2002.


His stint in the host's chair will be Jeremy Clarkson's first appearance on the topical news quiz.


He will be joined by regular team captains Paul Merton and Ian Hislop and guests Mo Mowlan and Michael Grade.


Have I Got News For You is in its 24th series and this series has featured special guest hosts including Anne Robinson, Paul Merton, John Seargent, Boris Johnson MP and Liza Tarbuck.


Next week's episode (Friday 13 December, 9.30pm, ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ ONE) will feature the leader of the Liberal Democrats, Charles Kennedy MP, as host with guest Will Self.
