New
arrival for The News Show on ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ THREE
ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½
THREE's evening news bulletin, The News Show, is soon to welcome
a new face to its presenter line-up.
Ben
McCarthy (34), currently presenter of ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Midlands' Inside Out programme,
joins co-presenters Sangita Myska and Tazeen Ahmad on 28 April.
Ben, a former
reporter for ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ News, Sky News and ITN, said: "I'm delighted
to be joining the team which produces such an innovative programme
attracting a younger audience to television news and I'm thrilled
to be a part of it."
The News Show
Editor, Colin Hancock, added: "I'm delighted that Ben will
be joining the team, bringing his substantial reporting and presenting
experience to help us develop the News Show beyond its strong first
two months."
All the
ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½'s digital services are now available on ,
the new free-to-view digital terrestrial television service, as well
as on satellite and cable.
Freeview
offers the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½'s eight television channels, interactive services
from ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½i, as well as 11 ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ radio networks.
