John Humphrys to be new Mastermind presenter

Radio 4 Today programme presenter John Humphrys is to host a new series of Mastermind for ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ TWO.

Wayne Garvie, ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Head of Entertainment Group, says: "We're really excited to be bringing Mastermind back to ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Television.

"John Humphrys will make an excellent successor to Magnus Magnusson. John is renowned as one of the toughest interviewers in the country.

"He scares cabinet ministers so heaven knows what he'll do to Mastermind contestants!"

The new series of Mastermind will be on ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ TWO from mid-June.
