Office two-part special to air on ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ ONE at Christmas

Director of Television Jana Bennett today announced that the forthcoming
two-part special of The Office - to be shown at Christmas - will
air on ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ ONE.
She
said: "The
fantastic writing and characters of The Office won a huge and loyal
fan base when it appeared on ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ TWO and we wanted to make sure
that the widest number of viewers got a chance to watch the last
two episodes ever, so we agreed that David Brent, Gareth and the
team in Slough should make an appointment with ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ ONE this Christmas.
"This
is in the great tradition of ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ TWO growing and nurturing strong
comedies, like Absolutely Fabulous, which are then offered to a
wider audience on ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ ONE - and we hope the viewers will enjoy a
toe-curlingly funny Christmas."
All the
ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½'s digital services are now available on ,
the new free-to-view digital terrestrial television service, as well
as on satellite and cable.
Freeview
offers the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½'s eight television channels, interactive services
from ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½i, as well as 11 ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ radio networks.
