ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio shows for Mark & Lard

Douglas, the new Controller of ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio 2 and ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ 6 Music, has
confirmed that Mark Radcliffe will be joining Radio
2 later in the year and Marc Riley a.k.a Lard will
be joining 6 Music in April.
Lesley
says: "It's no secret that I've been talking to them for a
long time and I'm delighted to have secured their talents.
"It
makes perfect sense for them to move from Radio 1 to Radio 2 and
6 Music.
"I
have been discussing this with Radio 1 Controller, Andy Parfitt,
for some months now and I am pleased that ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio can provide
a home for such exceptional presenters."
Further
details of the Radio 2 and 6 Music spring and summer schedules will
be revealed on Friday 5 March.
All
the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½'s digital services are now available on ,
the new free-to-view digital terrestrial television service, as well
as on satellite and cable. Freeview
offers the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½'s eight television channels, interactive services
from ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½i, as well as 11 national ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ radio networks.
