Julia Davis writes and stars in Nighty Night on ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ THREE

ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ THREE previews promotional clips of Nighty Night on mobiles and online in a first for the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½



Nighty Night: Winner of the British Comedy Award for Best New TV Comedy, the Rose D'Or Award for Best Sitcom and RTS Television Awards for Best Situation Comedy or Comedy Drama and Best Writer - Comedy.

In a first for the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½, ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ THREE will preview clips of Nighty Night on video-enabled mobile phones and online at bbc.co.uk/bbcthree from 20 August.

Mobile phone users can get a sneak preview clip of the new series (which returns to ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ THREE at the beginning of September) by texting Nighty to 81010 (mobile costs may vary).

This is one of a number of pilots that ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Television will be undertaking over the next few months, and follows the broadband premiere of hit comedy The Mighty Boosh, with each episode being streamed a week ahead of its transmission on ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ THREE, and the Best of THREE multiscreen application, a six-month trial which started in May.

The multi-award winning and critically acclaimed series returns to ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ THREE on 6 September, written by and starring Julia Davis.

Having successfully framed Glen for all the murders, for which he is being detained at Her Majesty's pleasure in Bettle Lodge - an institution for the mentally insane - Jill is moving on with her life, but first she must visit Glen and relieve him of the burden of his chip and pin number.

Ìý

However, Jill's one objective remains - to find Don and make him hers. She drugs and kidnaps Linda, hooks her caravan to her bright pink jeep and sets off to Bidderclyst in north Cornwall, where Cath and Don are currently working through their marital problems at the Trees Therapy Centre.

Jill is played by Julia Davis, Don is Angus Deayton, Cath is Rebecca Front, Glen is Mark Gatiss, Linda is Ruth Jones, and Dennis is Marc Wootton.

Producer is Alison MacPhail, Director is Dewi Humphreys, and Executive Producers are Henry Normal and Steve Coogan.
