The ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ has chosen six companies to go through to the next stage of its procurement process to find a new facilities management supplier(s) for parts of its property portfolio.

These companies will now be invited to tender for facilities management services at ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ buildings in London and Scotland and for specialist facilities management services for all ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ properties across the UK.

Taylor Woodrow Construction Ltd

The ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½'s facilities management procurement process was announced on 28 June 2005 and follows the restructuring of the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½/Land Securities Trillium (LST) property partnership, announced on 12 May 2005.

Under this restructuring, the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ and LST are refocusing their relationship onto their joint property developments and LST will no longer provide facilities management services to the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½.
