ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Gloucestershire has gained 4,000 extra listeners over the last year
and now has an average weekly audience of 91,000 according to figures released
today.

The figures are from Rajar (Radio Joint Audience Research Ltd), an independent survey
system which tracks radio listening for both ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ and commercial stations.

The
period measured was from January to June 2006.
Ìý
Mark Hurrell, Managing Editor, Radio Gloucestershire, says: "We are
absolutely thrilled that our audience figures are up once again and with 91,000 tuning in each week that's the highest total for the last three
years.
Ìý
"It looks like our re-launched breakfast show, with Mark Cummings at the
helm and a major emphasis on travel news, is proving a real winner."
