ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Bangla launches Chittagong season

ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Bangla will broadcast a series of special programmes, starting on Sunday 6 July, to mark the recent launch of six new ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ FM frequencies across Bangladesh including ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½Ìý105.4 FM in Chittagong.

The special season will launch with a debate entitled Chittagong: Apnar Shohor, Apnar Proshno (Chittagong: Your City, Your Question) on ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Bangla radio on Sunday 6 July.

It will also broadcast on Channel i television on Monday 7 July and will be followed by three days of radio programming exploring all aspects of life in Bangladesh's second largest city.

Audiences will be able to listen online at bbcbengali.com.

Sabir Mustafa, Editor of ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Bangla, will host Chittagong: Your City, Your Question in the presence of an invited audience.

The special season of programming from Chittagong will not only remind audiences to tune into ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ 105.4 FM in the city but will also help us to build closer ties with the residents of this historic and vibrant port."
