New Jimmy McGovern drama for ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Daytime

Liam Keelan, Controller, ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Daytime, has commissioned a brand new drama series from award-winning writer Jimmy McGovern (The Street, Priest and The Lakes).

Moving On (working title) is a 5 x 45-minute series and will be stripped across one week on ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ One next year.
Ìý
Each episode takes place in a house and involves a family or individual moving in or out.
Ìý
Through telling these stories, Moving On will also explore contemporary issues facing Britain.

Liam Keelan says: "I want ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Daytime to be topical and to grab people's attention, so a drama from someone of Jimmy's calibre and credibility fits the bill perfectly."

Jimmy McGovern says: "Our aim is to produce riveting drama to an extremely high standard.
