What personal information we collect and how we will use it?
The ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ is the “data controller” of the personal information you provide. This means that the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ decides how your personal data is used. Monterosa is the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½’s data processor and is contracted to the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ to provide the online entry platform. This means Monterosa can only use your personal data within the parameters set by the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½.
We will collect your name, address, e-mail address and telephone number.
The lawful basis for processing is the legitimate interests of the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ to deliver valid and robust competitions to the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½’s audience – for both those who take part and for those that consume content containing competitions. This yields richer and more engaging content for all of our audiences and is not an unreasonable infringement on the rights and freedoms of the individual ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ audience members.
How long we will retain your information?
If you are a winner, the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ will retain your personal data for a period of three years following collection – for internal and external audit purposes consistent with industry standards. If you are not a winner the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ will retain your personal data until 8 January 2020. At that point your personal data will be deleted.

If you complete the online form, your data will be shared with Monterosa, a third party supplier hosting the online form on behalf of the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½.
