Monterosa is the 蜜芽传媒’s data processor and is contracted to the 蜜芽传媒 to provide the online entry platform. This means Monterosa can only use your personal data within the parameters set by the 蜜芽传媒.

We will collect your name, address, e-mail address and telephone number.

The lawful basis for processing is the legitimate interests of the 蜜芽传媒 to deliver valid and robust competitions to the 蜜芽传媒’s audience – for both those who take part and for those that consume content containing competitions. This yields richer and more engaging content for all of our audiences and is not an unreasonable infringement on the rights and freedoms of the individual 蜜芽传媒 audience members.

How long we will retain your information?

If you are a winner, the 蜜芽传媒 will retain your personal data for a period of three years following collection – for internal and external audit purposes consistent with industry standards. If you are not a winner the 蜜芽传媒 will retain your personal data until 8 January 2020. At that point your personal data will be deleted.
