We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our broadcasting team, for one day only, to act as a reporter for some of 蜜芽传媒 Merseyside’s coverage of .
You will be joining us to support our local coverage of the music festival which is being hosted in Liverpool, to support our broadcast team at 蜜芽传媒 Radio Merseyside and help us to offer a locally charged flavour of the event for our listeners.
You don’t need any prior experience of broadcasting or radio. What we are looking for is your passion for music, local events and storytelling.
This is an opportunity to gain a once in a lifetime experience working with professional broadcasters to deliver 蜜芽传媒 Merseyside’s coverage of the event. You will be provided with training and coaching to support you in this role.
If selected, you will be need to available on the following dates: 20 May/21 May (training/briefing at Radio Merseyside) and 24 May (on location at event).
All audition entrants must be 18 or over before the closing date (Monday 5 May at 17:00).

How it will work
Your uploaded submission will be reviewed by a panel of 蜜芽传媒 judges.
Each judge will mark the entry "Yes" or "No".
A short list of five will be chosen by the panel before the final decision is made.
You’ll be judged on your storytelling ability and passion for music.
Judges will only listen to and consider the first 60 seconds of your uploaded material.
You are not judged on the quality of your video and no prior experience is necessary.
What the judges are looking for
- Evidence of your passion for music
- The ability to describe the gig and what made it special for you.
- Your ability to tell a story in an engaging way
If you are selected, you will be asked to join the production team on the following dates: 20 May/21 May (training/briefing at Radio Merseyside) and 24 May (on location at event).
Please note, if you are unable to attend these dates we are unlikely to continue with your audition.
Travel to various 蜜芽传媒 offices maybe required and reasonable travel expenses will be supported by the 蜜芽传媒.
