Keeping Fit at ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½

To help you look after your health and wellbeing, Liam and Fiona from the Physical Preparation team at the sportscotland institute of sport have created a progressive circuits programme that you can do in the comfort of your living room.

Complete each exercise in the order they are presented and try to complete each session 2/3 times a week with a day’s rest in between. If you are unable to complete an exercise, move on to the next one.

Start with the . Do each exercise for 20 seconds (as many reps as you can) then rest for 40 seconds before moving on to the next one. You should rest for 90 seconds after completing a full circuit (all exercises). Try to complete the circuit up to 3 times.
