Top tips to ensure that you get the best night’s sleep EVER

Getting to sleep at night is hard when you just can’t bring yourself to put down your phone.
Salon owner Ian confessed to Mirror Mirror that he is one of the many unable to turn of their screens as the wee small hours tick past.

He ‘hates’ social media, but finds himself watching random stuff late into the night.
“I try to make a point to go to my bed at 12 o’clock. Then I find myself at 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 o’clock in the morning watching random stuff on YouTube:-
“‘How to cut a bottle in half with string’; ‘How to rip a phonebook in half’; ‘Ronaldo’s* Top Ten Goals’.”
Thankfully the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ has some excellent advice that, should he chooses to follow it, might help get Ian the good night’s sleep he craves.
