Documentary series in which stylist Linzi Boyd and psychotherapist Rachel Morris have four weeks to try to dissuade people from having plastic surgery. Sally is six-foot tall and thinks a nose job and a breast uplift would make her feel prettier and more confident. Ross has always struggled with his weight and now believes surgery is the only way to get rid of this excess fat. He wants liposuction on his stomach and man boobs, and is even considering a gastric band.
