Peter Wright, Director Emeritus of Birmingham Royal Ballet and producer of this ballet, coaches French couple, Caroline Duprot and Ludovic Ondiviela of The Royal Ballet in a pas de deux from Act 1 of The Nutcracker. He then takes Ludovic Ondiviela through the mime scene in the which the Nutracker doll tells the assembled company the tale of the battle with the toy soldiers and mice.
