When the USS Enterprise is hijacked, the crew unwillingly become part of an intergalactic invasion force. Spearheading the takeover are the Andromedeans, a race with the chilling ability to transform matter. However, Spock's logical thinking uncovers the seemingly invincible creatures' weakness.
