Children's animation about a girl who is initiated into the world of magic by a pint-sized dragon. Lilly wants to prove to Leon that there were girl sheriffs back in the Wild West. She and Hector find themselves in a small frontier town, where the sheriffs keep quitting because the town is continually harrassed by a marauding gang of teenage kidnappers. Lilly is pressed into the role of sheriff.
