Jonathan Ross, Graham Norton and Edith Bowman present coverage of Live Earth, the largest series of global music concerts ever staged, to raise awareness of climate change. The London concert from Wembley Stadium has a line-up including Genesis, Razorlight, Black Eyed Peas, Keane, Snow Patrol, Red Hot Chili Peppers, James Blunt, Kasabian, Beastie Boys, Duran Duran and Madonna. There will also be highlights from the other concerts around the world.
