Panda wants Skunk to be quiet so he can get some sleep, and trains him in the completely fictitious and very silent technique of transferring your chi into a rock. However, Ninja Monkeys swipe the rock into which Panda just transferred his chi, so Skunk and Tiger pursue the chimps to save him.
