John Burton Race and Angela Hartnett, two of the country鈥檚 finest chefs, are locked in battle, scouring the land to find the country鈥檚 worst cooks. They are on a mission to turn these Kitchen Criminals into Kitchen Heroes to prove that anyone can master the art of cooking. How will John and Angela respond to the applicants in Glasgow, who produce dishes such as an eggshell omelette with a human hair garnish? The contestants have to follow John's example of creating the perfect omelette and Angela's dish of pan-fried salmon marinated in lime and spices.
