Pairs of amateur cooks compete for the opportunity to go into business with chef and restaurateur Raymond Blanc. Three couples must show that they have the management skills to pull off a big event, by organising a three-course hot meal on the lawns of Blenheim Palace for 50 important guests. But the contestants are in for a surprise - their staff are local teenagers with little experience in this area.
