Musical series. Melvin and Maureen are refurbishing their musical filing when the Dastardly Landlady calls to collect the rent, but Melvin has spent it on repairs. The Toys help Melvin to try and charm the Landlady, but she sees through their plan and says they must pay up or get out. Maureen is inspired by some tinkling music, and when the Landlady returns they provide her with a Music-a-Gram which turns out to be the same price as the rent.
