Colin and Ruth Jones from Rhyl decided to to use a company called KPM which advertises in the Daily Star. The company operates let-back schemes, which allow people to continue living in the homes they've just sold. But Colin and Ruth have been left with debts.
In Caernarfon, Sheila and Kevin Wyn Phillips have had trouble booking a flight to Las Vegas.
